How long does delivery take?
Usually 3–5 business days in major cities. Remote areas may take up to 7 business days.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Select COD at checkout and pay when your parcel arrives.
Is delivery free?
Free home delivery on jewellery orders above 999 PKR. Other orders show shipping at checkout.
Can I return or exchange?
Yes, within 7 days for unworn items in original packaging. See our Returns policy for details.

What payment methods do you accept?
