Delivery areas
Rawaiya serves customers in the UAE and Pakistan. Pakistan orders ship via trusted courier partners — metro cities typically receive parcels within 3–5 business days; remote areas may take 5–7 business days. For UAE delivery availability and timing for your city, confirm the options shown at checkout or contact support before ordering.
Shipping charges
Shipping fees depend on your destination and order total. The exact shipping amount is calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm payment. Free-delivery thresholds, when offered, appear on the checkout summary for the selected market.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive updates by SMS or email where available. Track status anytime from My Orders in your dashboard.
Damaged in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item. We will arrange a replacement or resolution per our returns policy.
